It is with warm smiles that the management of Showbiz Network Ghana (SBN), the brain behind the incoming Inter Tertiary Excellence Awards (ITEA) announces the 40 National Coordinators of the award scheme. Through a very vigorous recruitment system which started in March 2018, devoid of familiarity favors, discrimination or any forms of unfairness and centrally focused on ability and experience-based merit, we are at the end of one of the most important phases of this year’s edition of the award. With number of applicants exceeding 200, we are pleased to announce the final 40 who are charged to work as representatives of the brand in their various jurisdictions as far as the award is concerned.


CRITERIA FOR THE RECRUITMENT 

Qualifications

Must be a Tertiary Student in any recognized Tertiary Institution in Ghana
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have awesome Organizing skills
Must be able to multitask effectively

 ABOUT ITEA 2018

The Inter Tertiary Excellence Awards (ITEA) is a unique award scheme setup by SBN to acknowledge the achievements of exceptional Tertiary Students in the country making significant impact in Ghana. The ITEA which also bears the dream of giving equal opportunity to all tertiary institutions without giving preferences to any other, also seeks to promote positive youth development by inspiring young people to achieve greater heights and to embrace the fact that good achievements are recognized and appreciated. This year’s edition of the award which is also inaugural edition is built on the theme:

UNIVERSITIES

Technical Universities
Professional Studies Institutes
Colleges of Education
Nursing Training Colleges

The award is further divided into three belts, namely:
The Southern Belt: Volta Region, Greater Accra and Eastern Region
The Middle belt: Central, Ashanti and Western Regions
Northern belt: Upper East, Upper West, Northern and Brong Ahafo Regions
