Mr. Ampaabeng K. David popularly known as MC Bliss on radio and various glorious events is a Ghanaian and a graduate from the University of Education, Winneba, where he read Geography and History in the Faculty of Social Science Eduction. Mr Ampaabeng, despite his enormous passion for showbiz also have an in depth passion for humanitarian works and with this heart and mind established The Optimist Minds Ghana Foundation, popularly known as THEOM GHANA.

The Optimist Minds Ghana also known as THEOM GHANA is a Non Governmental Organization located in Sunyani, the Regional Capital of Brong Ahafo Region. THEOM GHANA was founded on 11 November 2016 with the prime motive of mobilizing the youth to embark on a Peace Tour to prepare the youth particularly for the 2017 December Polls, by showing videos of wars of neighbouring countries that were triggered by elections.
After a successful tour, THEOM Gh has continuously volunteered rendering a lot of services to the society including tours to most Senior High Schools in the Brong Ahafo Region educating them on health, societal issues, career choice selection and others
The aim of this organization is to educate, develop and prepare the minds of the youth to come to terms with the realities of life. We also aspire to voluntarily offer social services to communities that will have lasting positive impacts on our society.
The Optimist Minds has the vision of becoming an internationally recognized Non Governmental Organization that creates an avenue where the contemporary youth will be educated, minds developed and prepared to tackle the realities of life with optimism.
Like last two years, the organization is embarking on an educational and social tour dubbed “Life After Senior High School Tour” to most of the Senior High Schools in Brong Ahafo, which will later be extended to other parts of Ghana. The main theme for the tour is “Students Looking Beyond Their Educational Capabilities” where speakers have been selected from all sort of professional backgrounds to speak on such important issues.
